These are custom hand-made for you when ordered, so ALL Sales are Final, no refunds or returns are allowed, except for out-of-stock items, or if we made the mistake. We reserve the right to allow returns for exchange only, at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis. No returns will be accepted by us or any of our retailers without an approved RMA Number issued by us. Requests for exchange or return must:
1) be made directly to Lori at Dog Gone Hawaiian, via email or phone, within 7 days of delivery.
2) items must be in new, unused condition.
3) Items must have original tags, labels attached.
4) May require a 20% restock fee.
5) Buyer pays all shipping.
